We are family farmers of the seventh and eighth generation, privileged to care for our land and animals in the fertile MiddletownValley in western Maryland. We are committed to quality and passionate about creating a great product.
The Mountain Jack Beef Jerky journey began in 2010 in the farm kitchen. The menfolk were interested in a jerky snack made from deer meat and so the experiment began. We tried different ingredients and flavors and shared our creations with family and friends. They loved the taste and the chewy yet soft texture. Someone suggested we try it with our grass-fed beef, and thus Mountain Jack Beef Jerky was born. We have been making beef jerky for quite a while now. Today, we offer a variety of flavors and hand-craft our jerky in small batches, using 100% USDA certified organic beef produced on our farm, along with the highest quality ingredients.
